The painting remains the property of the Gostev dynasty, fully insured and securely stored. Investments do not imply physical ownership or transfer of the original work. Instead, you receive a share of the potential profits proportional to the number of acquired “art slices”.

The “division” of the painting is purely virtual — to ensure a fair distribution of future profit. We don’t cut the canvas with a knife. But these are not abstract stocks or speculative assets either. This is an original artwork, whose value grows year after year. A unique asset that generates real dividends.

An Investment Fragment of the Painting.

By acquiring an investment fragment — a slice of the painting “By the Window”, you do not become a co-owner of the physical piece, but receive a digital investment asset backed by the painting's value.

Each investment fragment is accompanied by a root certificate recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain, a proof file, and a COA certificate detailing provenance, authorship, and ownership — your personal cryptographically protected asset with full legal validity. Example:

Fixed Price of the Artwork.

The price of *By the Window* is fixed at 105,000 USD. Works by Anatoli Gostev traditionally start from 100,000 USD, reflecting his exceptional artistry, recognition in Europe, and, regrettably, the passing of the artist.
We guarantee: the value of one investment fragment will not fall below 625 USD.

Accessible Entry — Cost of a Painting Fragment.

For convenience, we virtually divide the canvas into 168 pieces — each a 25 cm² fragment (5 x 5 cm) (60cm × 70cm = 4200cm²; 4200:25=168), and offer one “art slice” for just 625 USD. This makes art investment accessible to everyone.

Fragment Availability for Investment.

The Gostev family, as the owners of the original, retain 85 fragments, offering 83 fragments to the open market. This not only demonstrates our commitment but also ensures a fair partnership:

• We are invested in the collective success.
• We are interested in the profitability of our own Art Slices.
• The controlling share of slices (> 50%) determines painting ownership and acts as a guarantor.

Art Dividend Payout.

Once the painting is sold, the profit is distributed proportionally to the number of slices held.
For instance, if the artwork sells for 210,000 USD (net), each slice would yield 1,250 USD.
If an extra zero is added to the price? Simple math. The more slices you hold, the greater your dividends.

Artwork Authenticity — Signature & Certificate.

The painting is signed by the artist on both the front and back. The artwork “By the Window” is blockchain-certified. Using timestamping technology, the unique digital signature of the painting’s root certificate is permanently recorded on the blockchain, ensuring immutable data on its provenance, authorship, and ownership.

The COA certificate contains data from the root certificate found in the .ots proof file. The painting’s blockchain-registered root certificate can be transferred to a new owner only through a signed ownership transfer agreement, ensuring transparency and trust in future transactions or sales. This makes the authenticity of *By the Window* verifiable and relevant for the artwork’s entire lifespan.
